🎊 Thoughts on Being Selected as a Kind Employee 🎊
When I first started working at the hospital and began performing mammography exams, I encountered many difficult situations due to the patients’ anxiety and the pain inherent to the nature of the procedure. In my early days as a young professional, I was sometimes hurt by unexpected words and reactions, and there were many days when I shed tears.
However, through that process, I worked on refining my tone and emotions to provide better service. I continuously acquired professional knowledge and learned how to read customers’ facial expressions, allowing myself to grow. I have always believed that my role is not just to perform a scan, but to help many people undergo basic breast cancer screenings without fear. Now, I have reached a point where I can understand a patient’s tension and personality just by looking at their face because I have invested so much of my heart into this work.
Moving forward, I will never lose my original intention of creating ‘an examination room filled with laughter rather than raised voices,’ and I will always strive to ensure a comfortable experience for every patient.
